Strategic Retreats for
Corporate Team Building

All retreats are customized to meet your particular group’s goals and objectives. Some groups choose The Adventure Team™ for our ability to infuse world-class adventure activities or team building into your retreat. Still, others choose us for our exclusive access to some of the world’s most incredible venues and lodging. Regardless of your motivation, you can be confident in our ability to professionally care for all your travel needs: the full resources of our Adventure Travel and team building divisions will be dedicated to fulfilling your vision.

We offer 3 distinct types of retreats. You should decide which of the 3 you prefer before making a buying decision:

Team Building Activity Retreats:

These retreats are essentially a series of synergistic team building activities spaced over a number of days and designed to achieve a particular goal. An example 4-Day Team Building Activity Retreat Agenda can be found here.

Adventure Bonding Retreats:

These retreats are outstanding ways to build team unity and allow team members to gain a greater understanding of each other in a fun casual environment. The team building is not structured. Instead it occurs organically through shared experiences. An example 5-Day Adventure Bonding Retreat Agenda can be found here.

Adventure Meeting Retreat:

Some corporations already have a full schedule of meetings or a complete work agenda planned for their retreat. Certainly these are effective at a resort or conference center. However, if you are looking for unique venues with absolutely no distractions, we can help make your next retreat unforgettable. Additionally, we can enhance your meetings with unique and memorable activities. An example 5-Day Adventure Meeting Retreat Agenda can be found here.

We have a number of destinations to choose from, with options ranging from camping, eco-lodges to rustic cabins and luxury boutique accommodations. Some of our most popular destinations for retreats include:

  • Private Camp in the bottom of the Grand Canyon at the waterfalls of Havasupai – accessible only by helicopter or a 10-mile hike or horseback ride.
  • Sky Camp Eco-lodge on a remote crystal clear lake tucked in the glacier capped mountains of British Columbia – accessible only via floatplane flight.
  • The Sonoran Adventure Center’s unique combination of meeting amenities and stunning natural setting.
  • Stone Canyon Inn’s luxury cabins and lodge rooms located just out side of Bryce Canyon, Utah and nest to the slot canyons of the Grand Staircase-Escalante.
